By participating in the contest, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to residents of the Greater Toronto Area, 18 years or older. Excludes employees, contractors, and household members of Ecosparkle, and its affiliates.
2. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from December 23rd, 2023, to January 6th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Late entries will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
Follow @ecosparklecanada on Instagram, like the contest post, and tag 3 friends in the comments. Additional tags count as extra entries.
4. Prizes
1st Prize
Full interior & exterior window cleaning.
2nd Prize
Full house or condo cleaning.
3rd Prize
Full eavestrough cleaning.
4th Prize
Winterization of patio furniture using shrink wrap.
Substitutions
Prizes may be substituted for a house/condo cleaning if the original prize is not applicable.
5. Winners Selection & Results
Winners for each tier will be randomly selected on January 5th, 2024, and notified via Instagram direct message.
6. General Conditions
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Ecosparkle reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest as needed.
7. Release of Liability
Participants release Ecosparkle from any liability arising from or related to the contest.
8. Disputes
Disputes to be resolved individually, not in any form of class action.
9. Privacy
Personal information is collected in accordance with Ecosparkle’s Privacy Policy.
10. Contest Results
Winners will be announced on Ecosparkle’s Instagram page.
