These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ecosparklecanada.com website and the cleaning services provided by Ecosparkle Cleaning Service Inc., based in Newmarket, Ontario. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Ecosparkle provides eco-friendly residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the York Region and Greater Toronto Area, including home cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and disinfecting services. All services are performed using natural, plant-derived, and biodegradable cleaning products. Services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from the information provided. All quotes are free and no-obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a cleaning session is scheduled, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Access and Security

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. If keys or access codes are provided, Ecosparkle will handle them with the utmost care and confidentiality. Our team members are fully bonded and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing security system issues.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Overdue accounts may be subject to additional fees.

6. Green Clean Guarantee

We stand behind every clean with our Green Clean Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed by our Green Clean Team, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the standard scope of the booked service.

7. Liability

Ecosparkle is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage to your property during a cleaning session, please notify us immediately. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.

8. Website Use

The content on ecosparklecanada.com is provided for general information purposes only. We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date but make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content. Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ecosparkle Cleaning Service Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law
